This website provides general information about Open Table Advisory, its services, consultation process, market-entry support, insurance pathway support, branding and marketing support, real estate-related pathways and selected APAC advisory areas.

2. No guaranteed outcome

Submitting an enquiry, requesting a consultation or working with Open Table does not guarantee any specific outcome, approval, investment return, insurance coverage, real estate opportunity, market-entry result, partnership, licence, visa, business setup result or commercial success.

All decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

3. Initial Consultation

Open Table may offer a paid Initial Consultation.

The consultation fee, process and payment instructions will be explained on the Initial Consultation page or during the enquiry process.

Payment is required before a consultation is confirmed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Open Table reserves the right to decline or cancel a consultation request if the enquiry is outside its scope, incomplete, inappropriate or not a suitable fit.

4. Payments

Where payment is required by bank transfer or another approved method, the client is responsible for ensuring payment is sent correctly and for providing accurate payment reference information where requested.

Bank fees, transfer fees or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the sender unless otherwise agreed.

5. Use of website content

All website content, including text, structure, design, frameworks, service descriptions, brand language, graphics and other materials, belongs to Open Table Advisory or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use website content for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. EASI™ Framework

The EASI™ Framework and related Open Table methodology language are part of the Open Table brand and service structure.

You may not copy, reproduce or use the framework as your own without written permission.

Open Table may work with specialist collaborators, regulated providers or professional partners where appropriate.

Open Table is not responsible for the independent services, advice, terms, pricing, decisions, availability, approvals or actions of third-party providers unless expressly agreed in writing.

In regulated areas, such as insurance, final quotations, approvals, policy terms, issuance and regulated advice are handled by the relevant licensed provider.

8. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep website information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current or free from errors.

Markets, regulations, availability, pricing, partner requirements and service conditions may change without notice.
